- photographic and audio recordings may be made during the event, so that the recordings made of you may appear without restriction in the DUIHK’s publications or as material in other media, as well as on the DUIHK’s website or on social media, both offline and online;
- in the case of sponsored events, the DUIHK may pass on your data (name, name of the company/organisation represented, position, email address, telephone number) to the event’s sponsors.
