- the DUIHK may publish your data (name, name of the represented company/organisation) in the list of participants of the event or forward it to the co-organisers of the event;
- audio and video recordings will be made during the event, and the recordings of you may be published without restriction in the publications of the DUIHK or used as material in other media, as well as on the DUIHK website and social networks, both offline and online;
- in the case of sponsored events, the DUIHK will forward your data (name, name of the represented company/organisation, position, e-mail address, telephone number) to the sponsors of the event.
